Associated Petroleum Gas

JSC Embamunaigas develops projects for the treatment, utilization and commercialization of associated petroleum gas (APG) generated during oil production.

The Company’s gas projects include associated gas treatment facilities, gas commercialization and pilot projects for electricity generation using gas-piston and gas-turbine power plants. These initiatives support more efficient utilization of produced gas and reduce the need for associated gas flaring.

The Company also continues to develop projects aimed at increasing the commercial use of natural and associated petroleum gas from its fields.
