Resource Base Development

The replenishment and increase of the resource base is a key priority for JSC Embamunaigas and an important part of maintaining the Company’s long-term production potential.

The Company’s Geological Service conducts regional geological studies, evaluates prospective areas and identifies promising exploration targets for further study and drilling.

Exploration activities are focused on both the further exploration of existing fields and the prospecting of new areas, supporting the continued development of Kazakhstan’s oil and gas resource base.
