JSC Embamunaigas develops and operates 32 oil and gas fields, with average annual oil production exceeding 2.8 million tonnes. The company’s production portfolio includes fields with different geological and physical characteristics of reservoirs, as well as varying physical and chemical properties of crude oil. A significant proportion of the fields are at a mature stage of development, while the share of hard-to-recover reserves continues to increase.
